This project helps estimate one-off payments related to employment termination in China, including statutory severance, damages for unlawful termination, payment in lieu of notice, and potential double-wage liability for failure to sign a written employment contract. The calculation is based on common rules under the Employment Contract Law, its implementing regulations, and judicial interpretations on labor disputes, and it evaluates the result according to the information entered by the user.
